Should I call my bank and issue a chargeback?

Rather than go through the hassle of disputing a charge with your bank and accumulating many chargebacks from your bank, please email us at support@merior.us. We will address your charge concern immediately.

Is shipping actually free?

Yes! We offer free shipping to the United States and to many other countries as well. You can check whether we ship to your country in the checkout page. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Products that are ready-to-ship and already in the USA, have around a 7-14 delivery, and products that are made-to-order and/or come from outside the USA, delivery is approximately 3–12 weeks. 

How can I order?

You can order via our website (www.merior.us) and you can also email us at support@merior.us to request a sales representative to assist you with your purchase.

Do you ship to all U.S. states and territories?

We ship across the US, i.e. in the 48 continental states. Currently, we are not able to service Hawaii and Puerto Rico at the moment. Kindly note that we also have free shipping service for all other countries as well. 

Is it safe to order over the internet? 

Yes, it is safe. We use SSL (Secured Socket Layer) which encrypts the information that you enter. This is the same level of protection used by banks and financial institutions to ensure that your bank account information can be viewed online. 

Where are your products manufactured? 

Our products are manufactured in our facilities in various countries in Europe and in China. This includes the OEM project for other brands. (Please email us at support@merior.us for more information.) 

How will my order be shipped?

Orders of products already in the USA ship through USPS and FedEx, and orders from our overseas facilities ship with standard sea shipping, and can be shipped by air freight upon special request.

How can I cancel or update an order I made online?

To cancel or change an order, please send an email to our Customer Service department at support@merior.us. Please keep in mind that we can only make changes or order cancellations before the item is processed and shipped, meaning that, normally, after 24-48 hours it may be too late.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of any order that is "ready-to-ship" after you place an order, and an account is created. This will automatically link you to the order status and tracking section. 

For orders that are "made-to-order" shipping is made available to the customer once the order is shipped, and the customer receives ground tracking information once the order has cleared customs in the destination country. 

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. Please remember the address in the “Bill To” section of the order form must match the address on file with your credit card company.

Will the trucking companies deliver inside my house?

Our shipping service will call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a shipping date and time. This service will deliver outside your home while you are present, and you will be required to bring the pieces inside. 

Can I use multiple discounts on the same order?

Discount codes cannot be stacked. Only one discount at a time can be applied to a single order.

How ordering From Us works

  • 01.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. 

  • 02.

    Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • 03.

    Once your order is processed (and completed the production phase for made-to-order items) it will be shipped and you will receive the tracking information to the email that was used to purchase. 

  • 04.

    Orders are delivered to your front door, and for made-to-order items, you are contacted by our team to arrange the delivery on a date that is appropriate for you.
